with its center close to the surface over ukraine
will steer the Weather Pattern during this Forecast

three Cyclonic Vortices surround this Anticyclone
from W scandinavia to NW coasts of the iberia peninsula
( L no name ... L Yorsch I ... L Yorsch II )
and another one just SE from Italy

norway portugal and NW spain will face
some rainfall and gale force wind gusts
but with low confidence
in convective phenomena

incluso la mia domanda sulle SST SSTA North Sea
ed il ancora ben visibile cold blob nel N Atlantico
comunque sia ... non tutti ne sono informati

proprio pochi minuti fa ho ricevuto una News
da un Forum Meteo ( inglese ) esterno

Summary
AO is currently negative and is predicted to trend
strongly positive the rest of the week and into early next week
and remain positive through mid November 2015
strong turn to positive AO conditions is reflective
of the model forecast of low pressure geopotential heights
consolidating over the Arctic while High Pressure
geopotential heights dominate the mid latitudes
with strong positive AO conditions and low geopotential heights
entrenched across the Arctic the Weather Pattern

should be relatively mild across the Northern Hemisphere Continents
including Northern Europe the Eastern United States and East Asia

below normal temperatures are likely in regions that experience
cool temps during positive AO regimes W North America and SW Asia
longer term we continue to favor a negative bias to the AO  
though not as rapid as the past two Octobers 2015
Siberian Snow cover has advanced this month at an above normal rate
Arctic Sea Ice extent remains below normal
especially Barents Kara Seas
we continue to anticipate Atmospheric blocking
which favors Troposphere Stratosphere coupling
due to increased energy transfer
from the Troposphere to the Stratosphere
( though the current pattern is admittedly not favorable )  
all three factors favor a negative Winter AO

Europe therefore has a smaller chance
for the formation of High Pressure blockades
over Scotland or Scandinavia
scenarios with respectively a direct influx of cold Arctic Air
and cold Continental Air from the Russian Arctic or Siberia

instead Depressions persist around Iceland
and follow Easterly Trajectories across N Europe
there is a semi permanent W circulation with mild Atlantic Air
and episodes of high Precipitation in the form of rain

that other candidate is the Gulf Stream the Northward Ocean current
that carries Tropical warm Waters across the Surface
of the Ocean all the way to the North Atlantic
and thereby also influences Sea Surface Temperatures ( SST )
in European coastal Waters

il colore grigio sulla russia sarebbe la SH
il puntino nero che notate ( arabian sea ) sarebbe il ciclone insolito

dai modelli si nota bene come la dove domina El Niño vi è Highs
mentre tutto ciò che si trova al Nord è freddo ... Lows
